Long summer nights, walks on the beach, sand in your toes... (Daydreaming) Oh, please excuse me. I was dreaming of the beach. With spring almost here, I know you're planning your summer vacation. Maybe a trip to the mountain, or the most favorite of all, the beach! I remember many fond family memories by the ocean. Actually that's where the love of coastal beaches, seashells, and beautiful blue waters began.  We must not forget the sunsets by the water too. Those are my favorite, and it's really nice if you get a oceanfront hotel room with a balcony.  If you're in the midst of planning your gataway, here is a checklist so you don't forget something important. Sunglasses and sunscreen is a must. I remember one time my brother and I spent the day out on the sand and by that evening, we looked like two lobsters. Happy Friday everyone! For some, it’s been the busiest most stressful week, and others not so bad. I know you’re looking forward to the weekend, so I’ll make my post brief today, as you make your weekend plans. Here in Virginia, it looks like the wind is in everyone’s plans. Good book reading weather while you hear the wind howl. While browsing my Facebook feed this morning, I discovered something shocking. I wanted to share it with you and get your option. Interesting, isn’t it? 70% of adults haven’t been in a bookstore the past five years. Wow! I’m like a kid in a candy store when I visit a Barnes and Noble or Books-A-Million. We have a local bookstore in my area, Chapter’s Bookshop, that I visit often.
